Terms of use

The terms for using this website

Plain-language terms for the website and its forms. Last updated 27 October 2026.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of ritevox.co.za (“the website”), run by RiteVox (“RiteVox”, “we”). By using the website you agree to them. The RiteVox phone service itself is governed by the customer or partner agreement you sign with us, not by these terms.

Information on the website

We describe our service as accurately as we can, but the website is general information, not an offer. Features, plans and availability can change. What you get is what your signed quote and agreement say. We don’t publish prices: every quote is prepared for your business and is valid for the period stated on it.

Quotes and partner applications

Sending a quote request or partner application doesn’t create a contract or oblige you to buy anything, and doesn’t oblige us to accept it. We’ll contact you using the details you give us, as described in our privacy notice. Please give accurate information, and only submit details of people who have agreed to be contacted.

Using the website fairly

Don’t use the website to break the law, send spam or automated submissions, try to get around its security or spam checks, or interfere with its working. We may block access from addresses that do.

Intellectual property

The RiteVox name, logo, text, illustrations and code on the website belong to RiteVox or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own, non-commercial use. Partners receive separate rights to use sales material under their partner agreement.

Links

Where we link to other websites (for example app stores), we aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

We work to keep the website available and correct, but provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, RiteVox isn’t liable for loss caused by relying on the website’s general information or by the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other law that can’t be excluded.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them; the date below shows the latest version.
